Everything Lani Labs ("we", "us") sells is for laboratory research, forensic, and analytical use by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food. They are not for human or animal consumption, or for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease.

By ordering, you confirm you are at least 21, buying for legitimate research, and will handle products according to applicable law, your institution's biosafety protocols, and the safety data sheets. Compliance with federal, state, and local law is your responsibility.

Nothing on this site or in any communication from us is medical advice, or a claim that any product is safe or effective for human or veterinary use. References to research describe laboratory studies only and have not been evaluated by the FDA.

An order is confirmed when payment is received. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including any that appears intended for human consumption.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Lani Labs and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify Lani Labs against any claim arising from misuse of a product, including use outside a laboratory research setting.

Share your referral link and a referral counts once that person's first paid order clears. They must be new — an email that has ordered before can't be referred, and you can't refer yourself. Every three counted referrals earns one free vial, applied at checkout as the lowest-priced vial in that order, one per order. Unused credits keep. Cancelling a qualifying order withdraws the referral, and we may withdraw credits obtained through abuse of the program.

We may update these terms. Placing an order after an update means you accept the current version.
